Large lounge with two sofa and armchair sets. Dining room with a 12-person table (as well as side tables). Separate kitchen. Four bedrooms on two floors with 2+3+2+6 beds. Sauna, bathroom with a shower and two toilets. The lounge has a fire place and sofa set. Two roofed terraces, an unroofed terrace, and a barbeque.

Kitchen: Stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and fridge-cooler, double coffeemaker, electric kettle, toaster.

Conference equipment: Overhead projector, screen, and flip chart. TV/video. Radio/cassette/CD player
