Jerkbait fishing!

The swimming action of a jerkbait lure comes either by jerking the rod (hence the name) or by variating the speed of line retrieve. The fisherman's control of the lure is better than with other lure fishing techniques. This makes jerkbait fishing extremely challenging and fun.

Come and learn jerkbait fishing with our professional guides. You will learn about the suitable equipment, jerkbait lures and effective presentation of the jerkbait. Our Quantum reels have been designed especially for jerkbait fishing and STX rods come from a Dutch top pike fisherman and rod designer. Jerkbaits we use include Salmi, Siek-M, Pikeman and Buster.

Equipment:

Use your regular outdoor clothing. We will give everyone rubber boots, floating suits and also warm hats and gloves, if needed.
